Vauhti KS Base Liquid Klister

$24.50

There are many good base klisters on the market, but on both race and training days we at Left Coast always reach for the same one.

Vauhti KS Base klister.

Simply put, we don’t bother with anything else (ok, rarely a thin veneer of Rode Chola, but even then we will put Vauhti KS Base on top of it).

Putting on base klister can put off skiers from using it. So Vauhti has made it easy!

KS Base klister in liquid form.

On a high pressure race day we still prefer an ironed-in KS Base out of the tube as the overall time involved is much less.
But if you have the time to let KS Base liquid cure, not only will it work just about as good as the tube version but it is far more likely that a properly thin layer has been applied.

Hint - after an appropriate cure time, durability can be improved by heating with a single iron pass or heat gun. Highly recommended for a marathon distance, but for anything less a simple cure time is sufficient.
