Rode Vario Sticks
Looking over the product offerings and descriptions at LCN, it is easy to pick up on our appreciation for Rode grip waxes.
For our personal skiing and our race services, Rode stick waxes are the most in use, but of note is that our most frequently used non-Rode stick waxes are often the klister/hard wax mixes from Vauhti, Start, and Star.
And now Rode has at last offering their versions of these klister/hard wax mixes!
We’re super excited about these new Rode Vario kickers but have yet to test them. But our expectations are high. The descriptions are from Rode as we can’t add in our own test results.
Blue Vario Kick -9°C to -3°C (16°F to 27°F): Best for wet and glazy snow or varied snow conditions when searching for bite or speed.
Violet Vario Kick -5°C to 2°C (23°F to 35°F): Perfect for new-falling or wet snow or varied snow conditions when searching for speed.
